Terms of service

These terms cover Life Exam Prep at getlifeexamprep.com. Using the site or buying the Texas Life pack means you accept them.

What you get

The paid product is a $39 one-time digital unlock of the Texas Life exam drill pack for the login that paid: topic drills, a timed mock, and a weighted readiness score. Fifteen general questions stay free. This is unofficial original practice. It is not a live exam, not licensed exam content, and not a prelicensing course.

What this is not

We are not affiliated with Pearson VUE, the Texas Department of Insurance, any other state department of insurance, or NAIC. Passing is not guaranteed. Texas does not require prelicensing hours for the Life agent path; this site is optional drill only.

Buying

Checkout is processed by Paddle, who is the merchant of record. Paddle collects payment, issues the receipt, and handles applicable tax. A purchase unlocks the pack on the account that paid. Use the same email for login and checkout. Paddle’s checkout buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

Your account

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep that inbox. Do not share the unlock, or copy, scrape, or resell the question bank. We may close an account that abuses the site or the pack.

Support

Questions and account issues go through the /contact form only. There is no phone line and no public support email on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
