The Texas Life pack is a $39 one-time digital unlock. Access starts as soon as checkout completes.
When we refund
Ask through /contact if you paid and the pack did not unlock on the account that paid, you were charged twice for the same unlock, or Paddle shows a completed payment but you cannot sign in to use the pack. We will work with Paddle, the merchant of record, on those cases.
When we do not
This is digital practice content, not a physical good and not a live course. After the pack is unlocked and you have used paid drills, a mock, or readiness, we do not refund because you changed your mind, did not pass the official exam, or decided you wanted a prelicensing course instead. Passing is not guaranteed.
How to ask
Refund requests go through the /contact form only. Include the email you used at checkout. There is no phone number and no public support email. When a refund is granted, Paddle issues it and sends the updated receipt.
