Privacy notice

This notice describes what Life Exam Prep collects when you use getlifeexamprep.com.

Account and login

You sign in with a magic-link email. Paddle also collects an email at checkout. We store that address so we can attach the Texas Life pack to it and send a login link after purchase. You do not have to log in before you pay. We do not use passwords.

Emails

Transactional email — the magic-link login, a pack-unlock note, a readiness update, and replies to messages you send — is sent with Resend. We do not run a marketing list.

Payments

Paddle is the payment processor and merchant of record. When you buy a Texas Life or L&AH pack, Paddle collects the payment details, tax information, and billing address they need to charge you and send a receipt. We do not store card numbers. Tax and receipts come from Paddle, not from this site. Paddle’s privacy policy covers the data they process at checkout.

Contact form

If you write via /contact, we receive the name (optional), email, and message you submit so we can reply. That is the only support channel. We do not publish a support email or phone number.

Practice data

If you are logged in, we may store drill answers and reports you submit so readiness and “report a question” work across sessions.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. Processors we use for the flows above (magic-link auth, Resend, Paddle) see only what they need to run that flow. Google Analytics 4 may receive page views and funnel events (diagnostic_start, sample_start, diagnostic_complete, sample_question_view, answer_selected, sample_next, check_click, score_view, sample_results_view, offer_view, explanation_open, sample_review_open, upgrade_click, overlay_open, email_entered, payment_attempt, purchase, paid_access, checkout_failed) from the sitewide Google tag. Those events can include a journey id, a funnel version, where the unlock was clicked, and a qa flag used to leave self-tests out of stranger reports. The browser stores that journey id and qa flag locally for the same reason. Google Ads (conversion measurement) may receive purchase conversion signals when you buy the Texas Life pack. L&AH $29 plus tax purchases may send separate conversion signals when those Google Ads actions are configured.
